Overview
Join our team as a Dishwasher and become a part of a fast paced brewery/restaurant operation. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment, support our kitchen team to help them operate smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Thoroughly clean dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or manual cleaning techniques
- Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain hygiene standards and prevent contamination
- Handle heavy lifting of large pots, trays, and bulk supplies safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet sanitation regulations
- Support catering and banquet events by providing clean dishware and cater dish clean up as needed
- Adhere to food handling guidelines and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures is highly desirable
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
