What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Vantage Management?
Currently looking for a full time LIHTC property manager in the Troy & Union Springs, AL area. We are looking for someone to come on board and quickly learn the job, process applications both effectively and expeditiously, and be flexible to the demands of a fast paced job. This position will start immediately.
Travel is required between Troy & Union Springs regularly.
Duties of the position include but are not limited to:
- Extensive paperwork to qualify move ins and recertifications
- Signing leases
- Monthly inspections
- Tenant services
- Rent collections
- Evictions
- We are looking for an organized individual with experience in customer service and general office skills. Housing experience a plus!
This position will be full time.
- Previous work experience with property management preferred.
- Ability to be respectful and diplomatic with all socioeconomic groups.
- Must be able to handle all information confidentially and professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
