Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Architectural Drafter. The Architectural Drafter will create and revise architectural drawings, including floor plans and construction documentation. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand project requirements, ensuring plans comply with codes and standards, and supporting project planning and execution through detailed, accurate drafting work. This postiokn is flexible and the amount of work required changes on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and attention to detail in documentation are mandatory
- Familiarity with drafting software and tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience in residential and commercial drafting projects is a plus
- Degree or certification in Architecture, Drafting, engineering or a related field preferred
