Revit Drafter (Architectural - High Rise)
Location: Florida (Must be local)
Languages Required: Bilingual – English & Spanish
We are seeking a highly skilled architectural Revit drafter with extensive experience in construction documentation and project delivery. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Revit modeling and a proven track record working across hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Core Responsibilities
- Support architectural design phases under the direction of a Project Architect
- Lead drafting and documentation efforts from design to construction
- Conduct project research, programming, and zoning/code analysis
- Collaborate with engineering and consultant teams to ensure integrated design solutions
- Develop and produce detailed, scaled construction documents
- Address technical and design challenges with practical solutions
Qualifications
- Degree or technical certification in Architecture or a related discipline
- 3 years of experience in architectural drafting and 3D modeling
- Advanced Revit capabilities with proven ability to generate complex models
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Familiarity with SketchUp, 3DS Max, V-Ray, Lumion (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience preparing architectural/construction drawing sets
- Strong problem-solving and design skills
- Direct experience working on high-rise projects
- Able to perform in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Must be currently located in Florida
Compensation
