We are currently hiring for two levels of Project Management leadership:
Project Manager
A hands-on project leadership role for an experienced mechanical construction professional who can independently manage projects, coordinate teams, and drive successful delivery from planning through completion.
Senior Project Manager
A senior-level role for an experienced leader who can manage larger, more complex projects, mentor other Project Managers, lead customer relationships, and provide strategic oversight across project execution.
The Role
Lead and coordinate mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Projects typically range from $10M–$50M, with larger projects exceeding $100M planned. This role requires strong mechanical contractor experience, project ownership, and the ability to collaborate with customers, field teams, vendors, and internal leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical construction projects including new facilities, expansions, additions, and major renovations.
- Develop project schedules, responsibilities, timelines, and execution plans.
- Coordinate project teams, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, costs, and contract requirements.
- Conduct project status reviews and provide cost, schedule, and performance updates.
- Lead pre-job planning meetings and ensure alignment across project teams.
- Manage scope changes, project risks, and contract requirements.
- Review estimates, validate project costs, and support accurate project forecasting.
- Establish and manage subcontract agreements and equipment procurement activities.
- Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to maintain project cash flow.
- Protect company interests by managing financial, operational, and contractual aspects of projects.
- Resolve issues with customers, vendors, trades, and internal teams.
- Visit job sites, inspect progress, and address project or contract challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical contractor background required (not general contracting).
- Experience in at least two of the following areas: piping systems (hydronic piping, chilled water, liquid cooling, stainless steel, carbon steel applications), plumbing systems, sheet metal systems.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
