We are seeking an accomplished Senior Control Systems Engineer with 15 years of experience to lead projects in our Solutions Integration department. In this role, you will design, program, and commission complex control systems for state-of-the-art manufacturing and processing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and commission advanced PLC, SCADA and HMI systems from the ground up.
- Configure, tune, and optimize VFDs and complex motion control architectures.
- Lead engineering teams through the full lifecycle of industrial automation projects, from concept to final commissioning.
- Ensure all control system designs strictly comply with industry safety standards and cybersecurity protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 15 years of hands-on experience in control systems engineering or industrial automation.
- Deep technical expertise in major PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Schneider).
- Proven track record with VFD installation, parameterization, and drive network integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
