About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care to our patients, including but not limited to:
- Assessing and prioritizing patient needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Educating patients and families on health conditions and treatment options
- Documenting patient information and progress
- Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Identify and report changes in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Current RN license and certification in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or long-term care facility
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
