The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of this skilled nursing facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee management and day to day operations of the facility
- Fiscal management through census development, cost controls, and stringent receivable collection.
- Participate in marketing activities while co-developing and implementing a marketing plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy and premium case-mix through marketing strategies.
- Provide a positive work environment for staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- We seek the following principal qualifications:
- Experience as Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
- Administrator’s license in the state of Massachusetts is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Salary : $155,000 - $160,000
