- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in post-acute care.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experiences as a Director of Nursing Services in a skilled nursing facility.
- Must have demonstrated a mastery of good clinical nursing skills.
- Organizes and directs the Nursing Department by establishing objectives and standards for achieving those objectives.
- Powerful knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Solid understanding of reimbursement.

Salary : $160,000 - $170,000
