Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in High Point, NC. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers to provide expert automotive advice, facilitate vehicle selection, and support the purchase process. The role includes building relationships with customers, understanding their transportation needs, and achieving sales goals. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will coordinate with the dealership team to ensure a seamless buying experience and participate in professional training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional support and build rapport with clients
- Proven experience in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Experience in Training or mentoring team members is a plus, with an emphasis on knowledge sharing
- Sales Management abilities or the capacity to coordinate effectively with team members and optimize sales processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in automotive industry trends or a willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or degrees are a plus
