Essential Duties
- Provide general support to the accounting office team
- Complete document scanning for record retention of all departments
- Assist with stocking in new and used vehicles
- Assist with processing dealer trades
- Post coded invoices provided by AP
- Post factory statements (Warranty, Rebates, Incentives)
- Assist with mailing invoices, statements, checks, and contracts
- Cross train with AP/AR and Title/Billing to identify areas where support can be provided
- Fill in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management
- Other tasks as assigned by the Controller
Requirements
- Available to work 8a – 5p
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Automotive dealership experience is preferred
- Pay range - $17/hr to $19/hr
