We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven Medical Esthetician who can confidently create treatment plans, convert consultations, and contribute to both in-clinic growth and brand visibility.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ)
- Weekend availability is required Ideal schedule: Every other Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sales-oriented role Must be comfortable selling services, packages, and retail productsIf sales are not your strength, do not apply
- Must be able to create customized treatment plans
- Must be social media–driven Comfortable appearing in content, before/afters, stories, and promotionsIf social media is not your thing, do not apply
- Existing clientele is a plus, but not required
Role Overview
As a Medical Esthetician at Vanity Lab Med Spa, you will perform advanced skincare treatments, conduct in-depth consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and actively drive sales and client retention. This role offers strong earning potential through hourly pay, commission, and tips.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and laser services
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations
- Create and sell customized treatment plans and packages
- Drive retail and service sales through ethical recommendations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Deliver a consistent, luxury client experience
- Maintain strict safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies
- Represent Vanity Lab professionally in-clinic and on social media
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Medical Esthetician license or certification
- 2 years experience in a medical spa or clinical skincare environment
- Proven ability to sell services and retail products
- Strong knowledge of advanced skincare treatments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
