Dual-Licensed Nurse Injector / Licensed Esthetician

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Weekend availability required (mandatory)
We are seeking a dual-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Esthetician to join our fast-growing medical aesthetics practice. This role is ideal for a confident provider who is comfortable selling, building treatment plans, and converting consultations into long-term clients.
A strong personal or clinic-based social media presence is highly valued. An existing clientele is a plus, but not required.
Weekend availability is mandatory. Applicants unable to work weekends should not apply.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license
- Active Massachusetts Esthetician license
- Certification in Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical aesthetics
- Comfortable recommending and selling aesthetic treatment plans
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and safety protocols
- Confident, professional communication and consultation skills
Responsibilities
- Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins and dermal fillers)
- Perform laser treatments, microneedling, and medical-grade facials
- Conduct in-depth consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on procedures, pricing, packages, and long-term aesthetic goals
- Convert consultations into treatment plans and repeat clients
- Maintain accurate medical and treatment documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA and clinical safety standards
- Represent the brand professionally in-clinic and on social media
- Stay current with new techniques, products, and technologies
