This role will be instrumental in developing and executing our social media strategy, creating captivating content, and driving online engagement to increase our brand visibility and ultimately boost sales.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Vanity Lab marketing objectives and targets various customer segments.
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, create, and curate engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and infographics, that highlight our Med Spa, and promotions.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on our social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions with customers.
- Social Media Advertising: Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to promote specific vehicles, dealership events, special offers, and branding initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant social media influencers and automotive enthusiasts to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to ensure Vanity Lab remains at the forefront of social media marketing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and the team to integrate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Brand Voice and Guidelines: Maintain consistency in brand voice and guidelines across all social media channels to build a strong and recognizable brand identity.
- Crisis Management: Be proactive in addressing potential social media crises, managing any negative feedback or comments with tact and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure and interpret data for actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
