At Constantly Varied Gear, we’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist to help bring our brand to life through engaging content, live selling, video creation, and community-driven storytelling.
Reporting to the Content & Community Lead, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and wants to help shape how our audience experiences the CVG brand every day.

What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Execution
- Create, execute, and publish content across social and digital channels
- Write and edit copy for captions, promotional messaging, and campaign support
- Produce and edit photo/video content for social publishing
- Support product launches and campaigns through timely content execution
- Help maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging
Live Content & On-Camera Presence
- Host and moderate TikTok Lives and other community-facing live events
- Serve as an on-camera brand representative for content, promotions, and storytelling
- Support social selling efforts through live engagement and product storytelling
Creative Production & Performance
- Edit video and graphic content using tools like Canva, Adobe, or CapCut
- Support podcast, short-form, and repurposed content production
- Track content performance and identify engagement opportunities
- Assist in reporting on content and social metrics
Collaboration & Community
- Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Podcast teams on priorities and campaigns
- Help moderate and engage with the CVG community across channels
- Support photoshoots, content capture days, and other creative initiatives
- Contribute ideas around trends, launches, and content innovation
What You Bring
- Experience with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong photo/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
- Familiarity with AI/content tools (Opus, Riverside, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfort on camera and confidence engaging live audiences
- Creative instincts paired with strong execution and follow-through
- Positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for the CVG mission, community, and brand
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
