Vanish Brewery is looking for a general manager to join our team. We are located on 42245 Black Hops Lane, Leesburg, VA 20176. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Wages are competitive based on experience ranging from $60k to $75k per year with opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations
• Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Manage profit and loss figures

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• At least 2 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
