Essential Functions
The following salary range reflects compensation paid for a 3-unit course (144 total hours), and varies based on the faculty member's highest earned degree. Total compensation is based on the number of courses taught and corresponding units for each course.
$3,120 to $3,720 per course

Essential Functions
- Adjunct assignments are filled on an as needed basis
- The primary responsibility of adjunct faculty is to deliver instruction in the manner determined by the department
- Preparation of syllabus and teaching of curriculum according to the goals and objectives of the department
- Student advising and office hours in relation to the course load carried, and as assigned in the faculty teaching assignment
- Master's or terminal degree preferably in Education, Child Development, or related area
- The ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
- A demonstrated, vibrant Christian faith
- Ability to integrate Christian values in all aspects
- Ability to engage in critical thinking and exercise independent judgment
