Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and energetic commision Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners, educate them on our pest control services, and generate new customer accounts.
No prior sales experience is required—we provide training—but experience in sales, customer service, or door-to-door outreach is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods to promote Vanguard Pest Control services
- Communicate effectively with potential customers and identify their needs
- Present service options and close sales
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Accurately track leads and sales activity
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
