REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates should have experience at a law firm, with a strong track record handling all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling and claim assessment through discovery and trial. Candidates will be expected to focus on intellectual property litigation relating to trademark, copyright, trade secrets and patent disputes. Candidates must also excel at research and writing, possess a strong analytical ability, and thrive in highly collaborative, global team environments. Candidates must possess top academic credentials and be admitted to, or able to waive into, the IL Bar.
