IP Litigation Associate #20390

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have prior IP Litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice, taking depositions, working with experts, PTAB or trial proceedings, and case management. Must have a demonstrated record of running cases and supervising junior Associates or Paralegals. Priority will be given to candidates with an engineering degree who are admitted to the USPTO.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible in the state in which they will work. Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.
