REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have experience in patent litigation, with a strong understanding of patent law and litigation procedures, excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is strongly preferred but not required.
