The firm represents pharmaceutical companies on the generic side in Hatch-Waxman litigation matters.The Nationally-ranked and Metropolitan Tier 1 groups include the firm's patent law and patent litigation practices.REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the lifecycle of complex patent disputes, including trials, motion practice, fact and expert discovery (including expert reports), and discovery management. Experience before the PTAB and the ITC is preferred. Candidates should have a J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials; admission to and good standing with the California Bar; and an undergraduate degree in a scientific or engineering discipline. Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; impeccable attention to detail; sound judgment; and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
