Vanguard Insurance is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our growing sales team. We are looking for licensed insurance agents, experienced sales professionals, or highly coachable individuals ready to learn the insurance industry from the ground up.
This is a full commission position with unlimited earning potential for individuals who are disciplined, hungry, and consistent.
Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring:
- Licensed insurance agents (preferred but not required)
- Individuals with prior sales experience (car sales, retail, call center, B2B, etc.)
- Highly motivated people willing to learn the insurance industry
- Self-starters who want uncapped income potential
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients and explain insurance products
- Build and manage your own pipeline of leads
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Close insurance policies and maintain client relationships
- Develop sales skills through ongoing training and mentorship
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Work Location: In person
