Vanguards Industries located in Carlsbad, CA is currently seeking to fill the following full time opportunity:
BILLING CLERK (1 position available)
Full-time Health Benefits, PTO, Sick and Holiday Pay
Must have minimum 2 years previous billing experience. Processing sales rep invoices.
Compile, compute, and record billing, accounting, statistical, and other numerical data for billing purposes. Prepare billing invoices for services rendered or for delivery or shipment of goods.
Must possess excellent computer skills and be proficient using Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills required.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:15pm
Position is in an office environment, reasonable accommodation will be considered.
