About the Role
Vanguard Economic Development is seeking an organized, community-minded Economic Development Administratorto support the coordination and impact tracking of our entrepreneurship and small-business programs. This role blends relationship-building, data coordination, and program administration for high-impact local economic development initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with county and partner organizations (banks, government, and community stakeholders)
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, events, and partner activations
- Capture, analyze, and report program impact and outcomes across cohorts
- Manage day-to-day program operations and evaluation processes
- Align subject-matter experts (SMEs) and vendors with program goals
- Support data integrity and documentation for funders and internal reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, community development, or related fields
- Strong project management and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
- Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
