In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act, you will be required to provide documented evidence of identity and eligibility to work in the United States. Please bring appropriate documentation with you to your New Hire Orientation. Federal Law states that the Charter School may not permit you to work more than three days without this documentation.
Lastly, please note that your employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of the required criminal background clearance process, and that the failure to do so will render any offer null and void in its entirety.

- Must be able to push, pull, lift 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and be able to speak to a child at his or her eye level, which may include squatting or sitting on the ground
- Leadership/Mentorship/Development of a team of teaching professionals
- Experience working with students in sports or activities
- Ability to mediate difficult situations
- The ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively
- A commitment to classical education and the school's mission
- Experience with Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS) and/or character education
- Experience in education management, supervision, or administration
- Experience in or knowledge of charter or independent schools and the Core Knowledge Sequence
- Responsible for maintaining confidentiality regarding all students
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous K-12 education classroom experience
- Experience working with students in sports or activities
- Ability to mediate difficult situations
- The ability to speak and write clearly and persuasivelyOutstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
