Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Apply customer payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform bank, cash, customer, and vendor reconciliations
- Monitor aging reports and assist with collections activities
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Process ACH, wire, check, and credit card transactions
- Review expense reports and employee reimbursements
- Maintain vendor records and assist with invoice processing
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and GAAP principles
- Assist with financial reporting and ongoing process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1 year of accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, collections, or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with reconciliations, cash management, and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
