Clinic Patient Coordinator
The Patient Coordinator will provide on-site administrative and operational support during clinic events to assist with patient flow, data tracking, and general clinic coordination. The Contractor will work independently to complete the services described below while coordinating with the Client's physician and remote operations team as needed.

The Contractor must be comfortable using web-based software tools, including Google Sheets and other clinic-related platforms, and must maintain the ability to access and update these tools in real time during clinic operations.
Transportation
The Contractor is responsible for maintaining their own reliable transportation and covering any associated travel required to reach clinic event locations. Clinic events may occur at various locations, and the Contractor is responsible for ensuring they can travel to assigned sites as needed to perform the services.
Professional Conduct and Compliance
The Contractor agrees to maintain professional conduct in all patient-facing interactions and comply with all applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA, when handling patient information.
Appearance and Professional Presentation
Because the Contractor will interact directly with patients in a healthcare environment, the Contractor agrees to maintain a clean, professional, and patient-appropriate appearance while performing services at clinic locations. This includes wearing attire that is neat, appropriate for a clinical setting, and consistent with maintaining a professional patient experience. The Contractor agrees to conduct themselves in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner in all interactions with patients, physicians, and clinic staff while performing services.

- Maintain accurate administrative records related to clinic operations during the event.
- Handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy standards.
- Provide general administrative or receptionist-style support necessary for the efficient operation of the clinic event.
- Communicate operational issues or patient flow concerns to the physician or remote team when necessary.
