This role involves scanning book barcodes using a smartphone app to determine whether they meet our purchasing criteria.
If a book qualifies, you will purchase it and ship it to our processing location.
This is a flexible role ideal for people who enjoy visiting thrift stores and working independently.
Responsibilities
- Visit thrift stores and library book sales
- Scan book barcodes using a mobile app
- Identify books that meet purchasing guidelines
- Purchase approved books
- Package and ship books to our processing location
- Keep track of purchase receipts
