Responsibilities:
- Design of fire suppression and fire alarm systems for academic, commercial, healthcare, life sciences and mission critical projects.
- Design automatic sprinkler, standpipes, high rise fire pumps, gaseous agent suppression, fire alarm, voice evacuation, mass notification, special technology fire detection and smoke control.
- Survey existing project sites to document existing conditions and to assess existing FP / FA infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 1 years’ engineering experience (Internships count)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Fire Protection Engineering.
- Create and modify technical drawings
- Designing fire protection and fire alarm systems is a plus.
- Revit or AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
- EIT is a plus
Flexible & Hybrid Culture
Compensation range is $70,000 to $90,000 plus straight time after 40 hours eligible dependent on years of experience, licensure, education, geographic location, and project portfolio.
