Compensation: $65,000 Base Monthly Performance Bonus

Location: Remote, 9am-5pm PST, Private Office - MUST WORK these hours

About the Role


We are looking for a highly skilled High Ticket Closer / Consultation Specialist to join our firm. This individual will conduct strategic consultations with qualified inbound leads and convert them into retained clients through a consultative and value-driven sales approach. Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal is required.

Our legal service investments range from $5,000 to $25,000, and we are seeking someone confident and experienced in selling within this range.

This is not a cold-calling position. You will be speaking with prospects who have already expressed interest in our services.


You must be able to present your sales methodology, your conversion rates and your revenue production in your screening interview.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1:1 sales consultations via Zoom or phone with qualified inbound leads
  • Lead a consultative sales process focused on trust, clarity, and value
  • Present and close legal service packages ranging from $5K–$25K
  • Manage follow-ups and nurture opportunities within your assigned pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in CRM systems (GHL, Lawmatics, or similar)
  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business
  • Collaborate closely with intake and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Meet and exceed individual revenue targets


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) – required.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2C high-ticket sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, professional services, legal services, or other consultative sales environments.
  • Demonstrated success closing deals in the $5,000–$15,000 range.
  • Proven track record managing a book of business generating $2M–$3M in annual revenue.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover both emotional and practical buying drivers and guide clients toward informed decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in high-pressure sales environments, including handling objections and confidently asking for the close.
  • Excellent objection-handling and assumptive closing techniques, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and move opportunities forward.
  • Strong extemporaneous speaking skills and the ability to memorize and naturally deliver structured sales scripts (acting or presentation experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with prospective clients over the phone, Zoom, and in person.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism, particularly when working with clients facing sensitive personal or immigration-related circumstances.
  • Experience using and managing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Lawmatics, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting abilities, with the ability to track leads, monitor opportunities, and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven, thriving in a target-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours when necessary.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, contributing to a supportive environment while sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Passionate about helping families protect their loved ones and preserve their legacies, aligning with the firm’s mission of supporting clients beyond their physical assets.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with the legal industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to work PST Timezone
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all client and team interactions.
