About the Role:
The Customer Service Representative / Showroom Sales position is a dynamic role focused on delivering exceptional service and sales support within a retail showroom environment. The primary goal is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations that enhance their purchasing experience. This role requires balancing direct sales responsibilities with attentive customer service, ensuring that each visitor feels valued and informed throughout their interaction. Success in this position contributes directly to the showroom’s sales targets and overall customer satisfaction metrics. Additionally, the role involves maintaining an organized and welcoming showroom atmosphere that reflects the brand’s standards and values.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in builder trades and customer service
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in showroom sales or a related retail environment
