Role Description
The Used Car Sales Specialist will be responsible for guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey, building strong relationships, and creating a positive car-buying experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with customers to understand their needs, presenting vehicles from our inventory, managing documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cedar Springs, MI.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales
- Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to foster Customer Retention and build long-lasting relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the automotive industry is preferred but not required
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
