Senior Plant Cost Analyst Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial partner for plant operations and leadership
- Lead cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities
- Monitor inventory transactions, variances, and physical/cycle counts
- Develop financial reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics
- Evaluate ROI for capital projects and support cost-reduction initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong stability in work history within mid-to-large organizations
- Advanced analytics skills using SQL, Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory accounting processes
