Human Resources Consultant Responsibilities
- Work with managers and senior leaders to plan rotations that align participant development with business needs.
- Gather and analyze feedback from participants to drive continuous program improvements.
- Support hiring efforts by coordinating recruiting events, preparing interviewers, enhancing candidate experience, and facilitating post-interview discussions.
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to confirm budgets, secure headcount, and oversee intern and conversion placements.
- Participate regularly as an interviewer during intern selection and provide structured evaluation feedback.
- Assist in compensation planning to ensure competitive offers for interns and new hires.
- Manage volunteer participation in recruiting initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize and oversee program events, mentorship opportunities, and coaching activities.
- Provide guidance and support to participants to ensure successful completion of rotations.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across HR, recruiting, and business teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Keynote and Workday is a plus.
- Demonstrated program or project management experience in HR or talent development preferred.
- Background in university recruiting, internship programs, or early-career development is advantageous.
- Experience in a dynamic, global organization preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.
