Financial Analyst
We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial health and strategic decision-making across the organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Controller, this role is responsible for turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for internal business partners and leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting & Analysis
- Own recurring financial reports including COGS, units shipped, sales by customer, inventory, powder purchasing, CapEx, and month-end close
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial dashboards and summary reports
- Produce executive summaries that translate operational and financial data into leadership-ready insights
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs across departments
Financial Support
- Analyze spending trends, budget variances, and cost drivers
- Perform gross margin analysis by product line, customer, or project
- Track CapEx activity against approved budgets
- Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast updates
- Partner with operations, sales, and engineering teams on ad hoc financial analysis
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field — MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; internship experience, recent graduates, and new MBAs welcome
- Advanced Excel skills required: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- QuickBooks familiarity
- Relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.)
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
