Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Generate and distribute regular financial and KPI performance reports with variance analysis against plans and forecasts.
- Support the monthly financial close process, including intra-month reporting and performance reviews.
- Create and enhance financial reports tailored to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate on financial systems integration and data consolidation initiatives to improve reporting and analysis.
- Recent graduate or final-year student (Class of 2024 or 2025) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Physics).
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial modeling, with hands-on experience preferred through coursework or internships.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills, with a desire to learn and grow.
- Genuine interest in launching a finance career in a mission-oriented, performance-driven environment.
