Digital Retention Specialist:
Our client is seeking a Digital Retention Specialist to help strengthen customer loyalty and reduce churn within their digital sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, is highly customer-focused, and can balance empathetic communication with data-driven decision-making. The right candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze trends, address obstacles to renewal, and partner across teams to deliver measurable retention outcomes.
This role is a hybrid model in Westminister, Colorado.
Digital Retention Specialist Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand concerns and encourage continued use of services.
- Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them efficiently and minimizing the need for escalation.
- Negotiate directly with customers to overcome adoption barriers and create actionable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in CRM systems.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving retention strategies.
- Partner with Sales and Support teams on escalations and cross-functional retention initiatives.
- Create and deliver content to enhance customer adoption and engagement.
- Quickly learn and navigate multiple systems to ensure seamless customer support and operational accuracy.
Digital Retention Specialist Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience in customer service, retention, or account management.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Strong customer-first mindset with excellent listening and communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop solutions to improve retention.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to address customer pain points and achieve positive outcomes.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Salary : $24
