What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers
- Check service customers out and process payments accurately
- Maintain customer records and appointment information
- Support the Service Department with administrative tasks
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and professional demeanor
- Customer service, cashier, call center, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
