Position Overview: As a BDC Service Representative, you are driven to ensure all client needs are handled in a timely and professional manner. You are friendly and have a passion for communication, organization, and delivering a seamless experience. You are a humbly confident teammate with an eagerness to learn and help your team grow.
Responsibilities:
- Providing introductory information to perspective and existing service clients
- Scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails service inquiries
- Determining the most effective way to address clients' needs and concerns
- Communicating with service advisors and internal teams to support workflow
- Tracking appointments and clients' interactions in CRM system
- Escalating concerns when necessary to ensure timely resolutions
Qualifications:
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Patience, compassion and empathy
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment drug screen
