Position Overview: As a BDC Service Representative, you are driven to ensure all client needs are handled in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:
- Providing introductory information to perspective and existing service clients
- Scheduling and confirming serviceappointments
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Handling inbound and outbound calls,emailsand serviceinquiries
- Determiningthe most effective way to addressclients'needs and concerns
- Communicating with service advisors and internal teams to support workflow
- Tracking appointments andclients'interactions in CRM system
- Escalating concerns when necessary to ensuretimelyresolutions
