Position Overview
Autobahn Volkswagen is seeking Automotive Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
This opportunity is designed for recent college graduates and early-career professionals looking to launch a long-term career in sales, business, leadership, and client relationship management. No, automotive experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and professional development from experienced industry leaders.
As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will work directly with clients to deliver an exceptional vehicle purchase experience while building lasting relationships and developing valuable business and sales skills.
This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential and clear advancement opportunities for high-performing individuals.
To support your transition into the automotive industry, Autobahn offers a guaranteed compensation program of $5,000 per month for the first six months of employment, subject to company policies and performance expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with clients throughout the sales and ownership experience
- Assist clients with vehicle selection, product education, demonstrations, and delivery
- Learn Volkswagen technology, features, and product knowledge
- Develop professional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Maintain follow-up communication with prospective and current clients
- Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional client experience
- Work collaboratively with leadership and teammates ina high-performance environment
- Continuously grow through training, coaching, and mentorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
- Recent college graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt ina fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience through internships, athletics, organizations, or campus involvement is a plus

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
