Group 1 Automotive is a fast-growing leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add a qualified Automotive Sales Professional to our team .
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
- Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
- Proven sales experience (automotive industry is a plus )
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skill s
- Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
- Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Must pass background check , MVR, and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
