Experience in water restoration, mitigation, remediation and structural cleaning is a plus but not necessary. Due to the nature of this work, considered candidates must be comfortable with heights, as well as be prepared and willing to adapt to shifting environments and conditions.
Reponsibilities include:
- Compassionate interactions with customers during sensitive situations
- Water extraction and setting up/monitoring drying equipment
- Performing demolitions and light construction tasks
- Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment
- Cleaning-up debris - removal of damaged drywall, flooring, etc.
- Clean carpet, upholstery, floors, walls, ceilings and room accessories to remove excess moisture, fungal growth or soot
Minimum Requirements include:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance/attitude
- Willingness to work in a team and goal oriented environment
- Attention to detail
- Driver's license
- Sense of humor
- Comfortable with heights
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
