Position: Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)
Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday | 24 hours/week

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations and drive occupancy in our growing senior living community as we expand into assisted living and memory care.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing details, and being the first point of contact for prospective residents and families.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Leasing Support
Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective residents and families
Schedule and conduct tours of the community
Assist with move-in coordination and onboarding processes
Maintain lead tracking and follow-up communication
Front Office Operations
Answer phones and greet visitors professionally
Manage scheduling, appointments, and general office flow
Maintain organized records and documentation
Support daily administrative tasks
Customer Experience
Provide a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication
Support resident and family needs as they arise
