We're seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Coding Compliance Coordinator to lead auditing, training, and compliance initiatives across our clinical teams. This role serves as the subject matter expert in ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and CCI coding, ensuring accurate documentation and optimal reimbursement in alignment with Medicare, Medicaid, and other payor guidelines.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
Hiring Range: Typically, between $27.50 - $34.50, commensurate with experience and certification.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct coding audits and compliance reviews
- Educate clinicians on documentation standards and coding accuracy - must be able to perform on-site education.
- Develop training materials and lead workshops
- Collaborate with departments to resolve coding issues and improve charge entry
- Stay current with coding regulations and software updates
- CCS or CPC certification required; CPMA preferred
- 2 years of coding and chart auditing experience required
- Strong knowledge of ICD-9/10, CPT, HCPCS, and CCI
- Experience training clinicians and working in a medical office setting required
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office
