Job Opportunity:

We are growing and we are looking for a Medical Assistant  to join our Kalon Medical Spa team!

You Are:

• Ready to live out our core values in patient and team member interactions

• Able to demonstrate strong patient care and communications skills.
• Able to work 30 hours per week

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Numbing patients prior to specific procedures.
• Preparing and drawing up injectables for providers, and assisting with blood draws.
• Calling in prescriptions for clients, based on provider orders.
• Following up with patients through phone calls and personalized written messages.
• Taking before and after pictures of patients, and gaining consent to use the images.
• Exceeding our patient’s expectations through active listening, effective communication, and empathy.
• Answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments and performing patient call backs.
• Ensuring that spa suites are set up, clean, and stocked for patients.
• Assisting with spa projects and client satisfaction surveys.

You Have:

• Successfully graduated from a recognized Medical Assistant program
• A current and valid certification as a Medical Assistant (MA)
• A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
