Job Opportunity:
We are growing and we are looking for a First Impressions – Kalon Concierge to join our Kalon Medical Spa team!
You Are:

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Greeting and registering clients in a prompt, pleasant, and helpful manner.
- Communicating with internal team regarding client needs.
- Handling difficult or escalated client concerns and providing positive solutions.
- Participating in the patient-informed consent process.
- Ensuring the spa area is clean and visually appealing to clients, and that beverages are fully stocked and available at all times.
- Verifying client demographics.
- Collecting payments for products and services.
- Exceeding our patient’s expectations through active listening, effective communication, and empathy.
You Have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience helpful
