Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Experienced Landscaper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces that enhance our clients’ properties. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, gardening, and hardscape projects will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, functional, and aesthetically pleasing areas. Duties
- Perform landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to ensure lush and healthy turf
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, and performing seasonal cleanups
- Operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners), power tools (trimmers, blowers), and heavy machinery (excavators) safely and efficiently
- Implement irrigation systems installation and repairs to ensure optimal watering of landscapes
- Provide tree care including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and growth
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe during inclement weather
Experience
- Proven experience as a landscaper or in landscape maintenance with a strong understanding of horticulture principles
- Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and machinery such as excavators and snow plows
- Skilled in lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest management
- Knowledge of hardscape construction methods for patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other features
- Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform tree care tasks such as trimming and pruning with safety awareness
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools in various landscaping projects
