Landscape Laborer – Immediate Opening
Small Family-Owned Business – Baytown / East Houston Area
We are a small, family-owned landscaping company looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in doing quality work, and want consistent 3–4 days a week, this is a great opportunity!
What You’ll Do:
- Stone work & hardscaping
- Landscape lighting installation
- Sod installation and repairs
- Flower bed resets & mulching
- Weed pulling & general cleanup
- Lawn mowing, weed eating, edging
- Hedging & tree trimming
- Debris removal & hauling
- Irrigation repairs & installation
- French drain installation
- General labor as needed
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (with the possibility of Fridays).
Full days – typically 7:30-8:00 AM start. Please note that some days run long depending on the job at hand. A typical range for going home for the day is 5:30PM-7:45PM. If you need alterations in the clock out time, please list this in your application. We are accommodating!
Pay:
$100 – $140 per day (based on experience and how quickly you can work safely and efficiently).
Paid weekly or whenever the current job is finished, whichever comes first.
Important Details:
- Rain outs = no work, no pay (we don’t work in the rain)
- No benefits (small family business)
- Only accepting applicants aged 18 years and above
- You must own a reliable vehicle and be willing to report to job sites in: Baytown, Mont Belvieu, League City, La Porte, Anahuac, Winnie, Dayton
Requirements:
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Ability to work in all weather conditions a MUST (heat, cold, humidity)
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and be on your feet all day
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred)
- Experience is a plus but not required – we will train the right person
