Vance County High School is looking for an energetic and knowledgeable band director to step into their program, effective immediately. The candidate should have a full wealth of knowledge on running effective band rehearsals and have a firm grasp of all instruments. The ability to relate to high school musicians and build a band program is essential. Candidates should have a firm grasp of marching and concert band literature and rehearsal styles.
The position is available immediately with the expectation to continue into next year, including summer rehearsals for marching band.
